Trish is the coordinator at Earth Ed. After 15 years teaching in P-8 schools, the opportunity came to complete a Graduate Certificate in STEM Education and from this the opportunity, to work in a STEM specialist centre.
She has always liked to tinker and understand how things work. Technology is a tool that she loves to integrate into teaching and learning and always looks for ways to engage and innovate teaching and learning opportunities.
“I love to foster curiosity in kids and have them ask loads of questions and be willing to have a go at anything”.
Yili is a great organiser and keeps our whole team organised. She is our Lab Technician and Teacher Assistant. She has an educational background in China and is currently studying to attain a bachelor’s degree in education, to teach in Australia.
“I believe learning is endless”.
Dayle is the administration coordinator and keeps the bookings and office running smoothly. She has a background in events management and primary school teaching, and enjoys the challenge of combining these skills at Earth Ed.
Peter is a passionate teacher with well over 30 years-experience in education (science, maths, agriculture & horticulture and many others).
“I love learning and loves stimulating the curiosity in the kids I teach”.
Brett has a passion for teaching anything that is hands-on. He is in his third year at Earth Ed and loves working with students and staff from all across the world. When Brett isn’t at Earth Ed, you will find him riding trails on his mountain bike.
“I love real-world learning. Getting your hands dirty and exploring new things is key.”
Luke is young and enthusiastic teacher, completing a Science/Education Bachelor’s degree at Federation University in 2018.
Life of the party, food entrepreneur and critic, Luke provides daily entertainment, conscientiously applies sunscreen and rarely breaks anything.
