Students are taken on a journey to visit some man-made wonders of the world. We discuss the incredible engineering and marvel at the longevity of these incredible structures. We explore symmetry and how it is used in ancient and everyday architecture. Students are introduced to the engineering design process and are challenged to create their very own man-made wonder.
In this program students will:
- identify symmetry in the world around us
- discuss the engineering and technology of the past
- use the engineering and design process to create a structure.
