Rocks tell the story of Earth’s history. Become a Geologist and investigate how time shapes and transforms the ever changing landscape in which we live.

In this hands-on rock exploration, students investigate interesting properties of rocks such as crystal formation, colour, fluorescence and texture. Students are introduced to geological change over time and sort a selection of rocks into the categories of igneous, sedimentary or metamorphic.

In this program students will:

  • identify how rocks can be grouped
